Research and story
Culture, history, artists, interviews, and current conversations shaped into editorial direction.
Case Study 03 / Scaled Media & Audience Ecosystem
Turning one cultural media idea into a repeatable engine across YouTube, podcasts, live programming, playlists, editorial campaigns, and community.

The assignment
Reggae Hour began as a media project and became a working content system. The challenge was to make interviews, history, live sessions, playlists, and cultural commentary easier to package, distribute, and measure.
I built repeatable formats across the funnel so one story could become a flagship episode, clips, playlist paths, blog articles, social assets, and a reason for the audience to return.
Media engine
Culture, history, artists, interviews, and current conversations shaped into editorial direction.
Long-form podcast and video became the anchor for the surrounding content system.
Shorts, clips, thumbnails, and prompts created discovery paths into deeper engagement.
International Reggae Day, Origins, Peter Tosh, live programming, and Dignity each became distinct systems.
Views, watch hours, subscribers, impressions, and audience response informed the next package.
Audience proof

Coordinating research, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing.
